Early Bird entries must be postmarked by March 15, 2007. Super Early Bird Entries must be postmarked by February 15, 2007. ALL fees must accompany early bird entries. Actual Entry info may be submitted at a later date, when paying for Early Entries. Fees: Substitutions will be accepted up until the closing date for an additional $5.00 fee. $35.00 return check charge. Phone & Fax entries $5.00 per session. No charge for email entries. Show Hall: TBA This is a non-smoking and air conditioned show hall. Show Hotel: TBA Show Hours: Check in and benching is from 7:30 a.m. - 8:30 a.m. Judging will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday and 8:30 a.m. on Sunday. Advertised hours are 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Show hours are 8:30 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. Rules: ACFA Rules will govern this show and will be strictly enforced. A copy of the rules may be obtained for $7.50 from ACFA, P.O. Box 1949, Nixa, MO 65714. All cats must be accompanied by the owner or designated agent. No cats may be removed from the Show Hall during show hours unless permission is obtained from the show management. We urge exhibitors to make arrangements for their children. Tampa Bay Feline Fanciers reserves the right to refuse any entry not deemed to be in the best interest of the show. We also reserve the right to remove any cat/owner who is disruptive to the show - entry fees will not be refunded. Check in: This is a non-vetted show. All cats must be checked in through the show committee on both days. All cats and kittens entered must be in EXCELLENT GENERAL HEALTH, FREE OF FLEAS, FUNGUS AND EAR MITES. The show management reserves the right to remove any cat suspected of an illness, parasite, etc. from the show hall. Kittens must be at least 4 months old to be in the show hall. Kittens for sale must be benched in sale cages, per ACFA rules. ONLY TWO KITTENS OR ONE CAT ALLOWED PER SINGLE CAGE. New Exhibitors: Bring grooming aids and curtains or towels for the cages. Each entry entitles the exhibitor to one half of a cage, which is about 22 deep, 24 wide and 22 high. Mail entries on an entry form to the entry clerk. Contact entry clerk if you need forms or a printed show flyer. Awards: New rosettes will be awarded in all rings as specified by ACFA Show Rules. The Show will be scored for ACFA Regional and Inter-American wins. All cats must have a registration number to be scored for wins. Household Pets: Household pets will be judged in all rings. Kittens will be judged with adults. People Food: Food and Beverages will be available at the show hall. Litter: Litter will be furnished. Please bring your own litter pans. Clerks and Stewards: We will pay licensed clerks 1 entry for 2 days clerking, unlicensed clerks $30.00/2 days, and stewards $10.00/day. Please indicate if you are interested. Submit fees for cats and if you clerk or steward, you will be paid after the show. Lunch and beverages will be provided. Vendors: Vendor space will be first come, first serve. No one will be permitted to sell merchandise from their cages. Vendors will be allowed to select their spaces based upon the order in which they sign contracts. WE SUPPORT SERIOUS BREEDERS and it is suggested that no purebred kittens be sold in the Show Hall for less than $150. Tampa Bay Feline Fanciers encourages spay/neuter agreements for all pet quality kittens. Per the Florida Lemon Law, all cats or kittens offered for sale must have a valid health certificate. All kittens for sale must be declared to the club and all health certificates will be checked during the check-in process. No kittens may be sold unless they are benched in SALE cages. Special Awards: BEST OF THE BEST AWARDS will be given to the Top Three Kittens, Cats, Alters and Household Pets at the end of judging on Sunday. Be sure to stick around until the final awards are presented. Liability: Although Tampa Bay Feline Fanciers takes every possible care, neither it nor the Show Management can be held liable for the loss of property or accidents to the cats or exhibitors.
